Mobile Messaging Program Consent

By voluntarily checking the text-message consent box and submitting your mobile number, you consent to receive recurring text messages from Gregg Mele for America.

Types of messages

• Polling and voting messages: election reminders, voting information, and opinion polls.
• Public-service and campaign messages: legislative updates, campaign updates, voter education, volunteer information, event notices, and requests for support.

Opt-in methods

• Completing a sign-up form on our website and affirmatively checking the optional text-message consent box.
• Providing explicit consent through another method clearly identified by Gregg Mele for America.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of making a donation or receiving campaign information through another available channel.

Message terms

• Messages may be sent using an autodialer or similar automated technology.
• Message frequency varies depending on campaign activity and your interaction with the program.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and are authorized to consent to messages at that number.

STOP command

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time. You may receive one final confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive messages from the program unless you opt in again.

Privacy
